…why I have nothing to post on this blog right now:
1. My son keeps doing too many cute things that require photo documentation and posting at my other blog. (This not only requires time posting to the other blog, but also takes time away from knitting.)
2. It’s really crazy hot here lately. See this post at aforementioned other blog. (This week is supposed to be milder. We’ll see how that works out for me.)
3. This shawl is really going to be big! I have been working on it, but who wants to see a dozen WIP pictures that all look exactly the same? How boring is that?
4. I’m reading books…that’s good, right? I’m reading Yarn Harlot. Doesn’t that count as knitting?
5. I cleaned the tub. Don’t I get bonus points for that or something?
and an unofficial reason #6 is that it appears in the last few days before I was due to receive my Ravelry invite, they have slowed down with the invites. I still have almost 600 people in line ahead of me. Maybe they took a weekend vacation and will send out all kinds of invites when they get back???
